Pacq needs MAJOR improvement before he can compete with the elite fighters.

    lol...I agree that pac has weakness and doesn't fight guys like floyd...but he is definitely THE elite fighter right now....march 14th floyd will be again and pac will be #2 ...but to say he needs to improve to fight the elite is just and absolute failure!!!! he is #1 p4p right now...the only guy who can beat him is PBF....at 150 or under

    Thank you very much everyone for your opinions- especially those who struggle to articulate anything meaningful or insightful to the thread. This is most certainly my 1st time here- and I most definitely stand by what I wrote.

    Pacq is NOT an elite fighter. He is the current *hot trend* in boxing- as was Hatton, Judah in the NYC days, J Talyor, and now A Ward as he progresses further into his career. Remember how badass Winky was supposed to be?

    Pacq's wins include Split D wins JMM, struggles with elderly Morales and Barrera, pathetic DLH, broken Hatton and Cotto. Is there anybody that would deny those? :p

    If so- maybe put your Tom Brady Patriots jersey back on from 2007. Undefeated!!!! lol -Bandwagon Pacq?:good

    1. Marquez was able to connect with him but other than him and Morales no on else came close to doing the same.

    2. In reference to his resume you should note that Pac has fought the best fighters at all his respective weights he has not really ducked any fighter other than Marquez. Speed is nothing without timing!

    Pac is an elite fighter the way he destroyed Cotto speaks volumes.

    I see a close fight... I don't feel confident enough to predict a winner based on the fact that this fight will be between two of the best welterweights.
