Pacq needs MAJOR improvement before he can compete with the elite fighters.

Bloody hell whoever wrote this article is talking through is arse really. Pac as been in the ring with genuine elite fighters such as morales, barrera, marquez hatton and just recently cotto. Yes floyd is an incredible fighter but this is very much a fifty fifty fight because mayweather hasn't fought anyone who comes close to pac speed and accuracy and power of punches.

Pac needs to improve on defense for Floyd and work on body punching and cutting off the ring. Other than that he is a solid fighter and should be well prepared for Floyd

It's quite a warm welcome you provide to this community! :happy

I may be new here- but been in the boxing game 20+ years. The scope of this thread is for discussion of Pacq- his inherent weaknesses and what he can improve upon. I do NOT feel he is an elite fighter. Beating a drained/ broken DLH/ Cotto is nothing remarkable. Hatton was never any good- and Diaz? I concede on Barrera and Morrales, but they were still too old for their last meetings.

I would consider some of these guys to be elite: Hopkins, Cabellero, Chris John, JML, etc.

Honestly, guys if you don't have anything intelligent to add or discuss why are you even on here? If you are trying to get to me- better get back to training- you hit about as hard as Malignaggi. :thumbsup
