Is There Anyone in Boxing Who Can Even COMPETE with Vitali Klitschko?

Yeas but you don't even have a chance unless you engage. Something that Johnson avoided doing for 12 rounds. Disgrace he did not try and thats the point!

I'm not going to criticize Johnson ... its one thing to talk about it and its another thing to do it. I have never seen any fighter get on the inside against V. Klitschko and I don't think anyone out right now can. He has good leverage and he punches awkwardly from different angles so he'll catch you some way coming in.

Next in line: odlanier solis ... another fat slob who will tast the wrath. considering that Maskaev just lost and ray austin sucks (he might fight against solis in an eliminator)

Well I pary for you and me and all the other true fight fans out there that the Haye fight gets made.

He will come to fight and will make it exciting. Not like another fat slob.

if thats the case then vitali should retire if he wont fight another elite, proven HW fighter/champion. the more he feats on bums like johnson the more his career or whatever legacy he has, will take a massive hit.

watch the fight and then give us your own assessment, instead of going along with everyone else is saying and following this tired script.

neither man had their moments, they were both at the recieving end of a brutal beating. both of them had no business being i the ring with vitali, but then again who does these days?? if vitali klitschko wants to knock out fat guys then he should find a nearby mcdonalds and go to town.

this is the dumbest logic anyone could ever use, but then again what isn't? since its coming from a klitshko fan. haye shouldn't fight vitali because he cant hit harder than lewis or sanders?? well than what the hell was kevin johnson doing in the ring then?? the guy cant even punch his way out of a paperbag!! and now your saying haye, who not only kncoked out just about everyone who stepped in the ring with him and rocked valuev (something nobody has ver done) shouldn't be in the ring with vitali?? hayes chance against vitali looked even greater after tonight. vitali was stiff, tentative and way too methodical against the feather fisted johnson. i can only imagine how he would treat haye, a known power puncher.

wow, he beat KEVIN JOHNSON, an unproven, green, feather fisted HW. get over yourself already.

all vitali can do is surpass the amount of wins lewis has, but he'll nevr surpass his legacy and accomplishments. and of course, lewis himself lol.

allow me to refresh your memory, he was leading on all scorecards against chris byrd and quit when all he had to do was survive and get the 'W'. THATS why

judging from this mediocre performance, the chances for many fighters against vitali have skyrocketed. he looked limited, stiff, slow, and way too tentative. a defensive minded boxer/puncher like solis (if he gest in shape) would give him absolute hell, a pressure power puncher with fast hands such as boytsov could give him the fight of his life, chambers, haye, etc. vitali's chances against the other prospects in the HW division look even slimmer since this performance. and i bet they think so as well

The only one who could come close would be 'IKE', but then we would have to bust him out of prison and give him a double dose of PCP.. just to make sure.

:rofl:rofl:rofl Mosley barely was even touched by Margarito. Haye is no where near as fluid as Mosley. He has speed but he is ****ing sloppy and Vitali will land on him easy.

    True.

On a head-to-head basis, I have PRIME Vitali in the top half dozen alltime.

The Vitali who fought yesterday would lose to at least twenty of history's HWs.

I rewatched it again later in the evening, this time on HBO.

It looked even more one-sided than on the Web-feed earlier.

Vitali outthrew Johnson by over a thousand to three hundred or so.

He outlanded him 300 to 60 (FIVE to ONE !).

Lennox mentioned that he felt there was something wrong with Vitali's right shoulder as he wasn't putting a lot on his Right hand power punches.

There is still some lingering obsession on both their parts.

Lennox said a couple of times that Vitali needs to be KOing 'these guys.'

Max pointed out that this was only the second time in 39 wins that someone had survived to the final bell with Vitali.

Lennox came back with the view that stoppages weren't the same as flat-out KOs with the opponent laying on his back and the ref reaching 10.

A bit Ironic, given that Lennox's win over Vitali was by a stoppage, not of the KO variety.

And Lennox has EiGHT of those KOs to Vitali's FOURTEEN.

(For the record, I have Lennox three or four alltime and Vitali is not in my top ten)
