Not according to my coach, but that is something I might have to look into. Don't those Cuban boxers go to like, 4 olympic games in a row? That means that even if they go to their first at age 18...they'd be 34 in their fourth.

i see you have some of those perfect pushup things, what do you think of them ? do you recommend getting them ?
They are what they are. It makes it feel like the pushups are easier, which makes me feel like I'm cheating, but they do supposedly give you better form. I'd recommend them if push ups are your thing.
