Joe Rogan took the words out of my mouth when he said the UFC needs to steal Aoki from Japan. As much as I would love to see an Aoki/Penn fight - Penn would maul the Japanese submission specialist.
Pretty sure the lights went off temporarily a couple times, especially when he was going for that leg. He was sleeping for a moment.
Call me crazy but I think the toughest fight for BJ would be Jose Aldo. No reason to take Aoki from Japan all he has is BJJ skills BJ might be even better in that area and involving strikes id give Aoki almost no chance on the ground, standup BJ might kill him ... literally.
i doubt AOKI can beat kawajiri Kawajiri imo has better chance to put on a competitive fight against Penn
I think Eddie Alvarez does better then both. Alvarez, Aoki, Kawajiri, Maynard, Tyson, Edgar are all nice challenges but none of these fighters have been dominat enough to even get you slight exicted to see fight Penn.
