    knees aren't as easy to land as punches or kicks but **** me they are ****ing showstoppers. the power generated is unbelievable. if i'm not mistaken overeem isn't 100% on balance and was slightly falling to the side but knees are showstoppers. i'm a big fan of the nose shifter (aptly named after silva's knees landed on franklins nose).
