It should be about what he achieved this year alone, not accumulating everything he's achieved over the course of his career.

 

Well the public must see it as justifiable, as they voted for him.

i was at old traford yesterday and the anouncer asked everyone in atendce to vote for the man , the living legend giggs

you can say its a life time achievment rather than a 2009 award but 2009 was the year he broke the apearance record
