Paul Smith v Tony Dodson Press Confrence Details

Any details of what happened at the press conference today???

 

No doubt Smith tried to play the hardman again, like Quiggley fight:-(( I know it sells a fight, but once the fight starts try at least to back it up.

 

to be honest non of the fighters were trying to act big in this confrence.
next 1 is in january

 

They were both respectfull of each other

 

I lkie Dodson and hope he wins but he will have hell on to keep Smith at bay for 12 rounds. Great night for Liverpool again.


Maybe they should have set up a super six at supermiddle with Liverpool lads. Smith, Quigly, Dilks and Dodson plus Gerard Ajetovic and either Joe McNally or Courtney Fry.

 

It will be a battle, far more open than smith v quigley, more like dodson v quigley.

Smith's starting to win me over.. he is a cocky ******* but if you don't believe in yourself no one else will. He gets a lot of hate on ESB posters, is that just because he went on the contender???

I think he'll start this fight the way he finished against Quigley.. early KO

 

its not because he went on contender, its because he was supposed to be one of Britains best talents but has never lived up to it, yet blames it on 'not getting motivated for lower fighters''!

 

He's probably trying to convince himself... better that than saying he's just not good enough and calling it quits?

 

I just don't see the big deal with Smith. Dodson impressed me against Quigley so I'll go for Tony to win by decision. I reckon he deserves it

 

thats just it tho, he does have all the punches and a great chin, but he just doesnt put them together anymore. he never sets up his shots so he always ends up looking like an amateur when hes missing with big shots all the time. maybe he isnt good enough, after the fight with dodson, we will know!!!
