So then, if Mayorga is able to do well here and pull off a win, would he then have some credibility as a potential crossover success story? For comparative purposes, the same benefit of doubt that was extended as a courtesy to Lesnar by most fans after his debut?

After all, a world champion boxer making the transition is every bit as reasonable as a guy whose last serious athletic competition was several years behind him...

Nice i hope din makes this fight a lil more interesting. Try to strike a lil bit but don't get to wild then go for the takedown. GNP for a lil bit then go for the choke.

Mayorga by way of guillotine attempt transitioned to a Peruvian Necktie.

Din is already talking ****, must be a real tough cat talking **** to a 36 year old whos been knocked out in 3 of his last 5 fights......

    Stupid move by Mayorga.

Figures these faded boxers have to go into mma when their done, because they can still make waves in that sport, but i really wish they wouldnt.

As much as id love to ignore this fight, i simply cant.... i support my boy mayorga in the ring or wherever else he fights, its going to be a sad day when the fight happens, but i hope mayorga is taking this **** seriously and training his ass off as if it was a boxing match, and knocks this homo out.

You bunch of ***gots.

Someone here and now say they'll give Mayorga credit if he beats Thomas, since everybody's unanimously and confidently picking Din. I want this **** in quotable form so "Thomas must be shot..." excuses can be squashed if there is an upset...

Would be funny if Mayorga wins and I'll give him his props but if Din is smart he'll take it to the ground and try to finish the fight there. Otherwise he'll probably be in deep **** on the feet.

there wont be an upset :-(

    BUT!

    IF there is......

:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl It will be a happy day for me!!!! :happy:happy:happy:happy:happy

and why wouldnt mayorga get credit? I try to stay away from mma, so im just curious as to why someone would NOT recieve credit for beating din when their 36 years old, past it, inactive, and in their first mma fight ever?
