Barely, chicken and turkey is protein only, the steak does contain some fats. The only real source of fats I see is peanut butter. You could add some flaxseed, and eat fish regularly to improve on it.

I think you focus on protein too much, you're not eating much carbs either. But as you say for weight loss that does not have to be a problem per se, I just think it's rather low. I would not survive on that, let's put it that way. Your nutrient intake is very low, just one single banana that's all there is. A smart thing to do would be adding smoothies and veggie soup to your diet.

Do you fart a lot? :)

I know, it does not make much of a difference diet wise. Only the amount per portion is different, and fat intake could be a bit lower to make the calorie deficit easier to accomplish.

It's just my philosophy though, in my opinion a diet should go for maximum health first, any other goal is secondary. A diet that focusses on weight loss as fast as possible is an unhealthy crash diet, and I would never advocate that.

Again, it's my opinion and I'm not a world famous nutritionist, just one of the posters on this site. Take it for what it's worth.

I dont always practice it but i think what you are saying is dead on. I dont even like the word "diet" it shouldnt be a diet it should just be a way of life that we all eat what we were designed to eat and what our bodies need. IMO keep it whole, balanced, unprocessed and natural and i cant see how you can really go wrong
