I've realised that Gilbert Melendez will have avenged both his losses if he can defeat Josh Thomson at Strikeforce: Evolution tonight.

But what other fighters have avenged all their losses?

Fedor, Lesnar and Georges St. Pierre spring to mind, but I'm having difficulty naming many more.

I love it when a fighter does this. I'm also incredibly respectful of fighters who at least try i.e. Shane Mosley.

Liddell avenged his loss to Horn and Couture. It all went wrong when he lost to Rampage.

Bas avenged his losses other than the Ken Shamrock one.

Fedor, Lesnar and GSP would be the 3 that come to mind at present.

BJ is technically undefeated at 155 now because he beat Uno and Pulver in other fights.

As far as Boxing goes Lennox Lewis avenged his only losses and his draw.

Well, we can now add Gilbert Melendez to the list - that was another great fight.

In 19 fights Melenedz has seemed to really put together a hell of a resume. Wins over Josh Thomson, Takaya, Ishida, Clay Guida, Rumina Sato, and Kawajiri. Techniqually undefeated by avenging his only 2 loses. 2 time Strikeforce Lightweight Champion and former WEC Lightweight Champion.

Melendez is really beginning to build an impressive career.
