Hopkins vs Bute or Green

A Bute fight just doesnt make sense. I mean we seen what B-Hop did to Pavlik.

Green much bigger than Bute and hits harder it makes sense plus id like to see Green get that fight as he beat Jones who was next in line.

Bute hasnt done anything to deserve a shot at B-Hop. Beating Andrade isnt the same, and IMO he lost the first fight.

Were Green has a great chin and never really been knocked down let alone stopped.

 

Why are you comparing Pavlik and Bute? Do you know something in boxing or are you just freaking because you want Green to fight Hopkins?

 

Green/Hopkins is a mismatch. Hopefully he fights Bute or Dawson, both those guys would have very decent shots of beating him.

 

Don`t make mistake to consider B.H. as in other matches.Look at Jones . The age is talking . Don`t even consider the match with a 36 Calzaghe. Just consider The Ring Mag and Box Rec give Bute as momentan NO. 1 SMW.IF you really think B.H. have major chances to win against Bute you really don`t know who really is L.Bute. Just consider that he KO`ed in 4th two tough guys in the last matches, the last one having not been kO`ed before.

 

It`s not B.H. who said that but Richard Schaeffer, Golden CEO. Probably they play both sides in order to rise the purse. But we can`t be sure who they would really prefer at the same sum.

 

Hopkins/Green fight is almost a done deal. Will take place in Australia for some big money, which is why Hopkins will agree.

 

Bute is current Ring Magazine and Box Rec NO.1 SMW.He`s officialy unbeaten and has Ko`ed two tough guys in the last fights, the last having never been KO`ed before. He is also in Box Rec Top 20 P4P.
Green won against an old man, though was an unexpected 1st round KO.

Bute doesn`t need B.H. He`s on HBO already and will have bigger fights.
Your boxer is a hungry one of big fights. And you know why ? Because there is a single question here:

Who`s Green ?

 

I guess is not only about money.The canadians would have proposed a fight on the Montreal Olympic Stadium with an estimation of 50,000 assistance but probably with a purse for Bute not less than 2 mil.
If Green would have accepted only 1 mil. could be a a slight difference in favor of an australian fight regarding B.H. purse but I doubt that and these are the reasons:

1.I don`t think the offer of australians is even close to that of HBO
2.There is still a difference of money coming from an almost full stadium which would compensate the difference of money for H. if the assumption 1 is wrong.

Conclusion:

v We don`t have to put out the possibility that B.Hop (or his staff) to prefer Green to Bute at the same money or even to a slight smaller amount. ( because weight category or even (why not?) fear of defeat).

 

The deal for Green is very close.

 

Hopkins is a very intelligent person. He know his boxing and proved it against Pavlik. He know that at this stage of his career, he can't beat some young and slick boxers and doesn't face them. He won't fight Chad Dawson, he won't fight Lucian Bute. Because he knows his ring intelligence would not be enough to beat them. He has a chance against Danny Green and will obviously go for him.

 

Hopkins would get around 5 million fighting in AUS similar to what Roy made and that was with out HBO even involved.

 

Has Bute ever made an offer to Hopkins?

Green is offering a lot of money. It's not easy to get Jones and now possibly Hopkins over.

 

I think Hopkins will fight Green because he neber got over his lost to roy jones and danny green is a easy target to proving he is today better than roy jones .I think he should go more towards a bute or dawson fight f*** Green

 

Danny has offered bhop 3.5 mil guaranteed plus the U.S tv rights.
If the promotion goes well he will pocket more cash which could bring his purse to 5-6 mil:deal
I hope he gets a good pay day cause he is going to be KO big time by the Green machine.
His best option is to fight Brute who doesn't pose a threat to his health.
