What is Wrong with Carl Froch?

You make a good point, I've noticed it's mainly the American's in here that are annoyed by Froch....personally he doesn't annoy me, he's not the best boxer around by a long shot, but he comes to fight and he can take some shots too......aswell as dish them out! Even a slickster like Dirrell couldn't outpoint him.....just shows you don't have to be flashy to win fights that go the distance!

He has a lot to be confident about really and until someone beats him he has every right to be confident.

 

Froch's skills...or lack of, is what is wrong with him.

 

What did he actually say? If there is one thing that I noticed about him, he did not mention Calzaghe after his last fight. Now, that is unusual.

 

Froch is a *****! Pure and simple!

On the upside he's brave beyond the call of duty and has an iron chin. That will only take him so far!

 

Froch is always criticizing Khan just so he gets some attention. Sympathize people.

He was asked his opinion after the froch fight and gave an honest opinion.

Although I did once hear him say he wouldn't want to be driven by him.

Which is fair as kahn seems to have an accident every time he gets in his car!

 

Everyone should be thankful for Froch being part of the sport. He fights anyone, anywhere and he'll favor himself above anyone, thus actually fight. Cant be bothered with all these Dirrell nuthuggers who say he outclassed Froch, it's utter crap. I don't deny that he had the skill set to beat him, but the guy didn't want to fight at all. Theres a difference between being a slick, defensive and ring educated fighter to being a permanent clincher and a "**** he's close to me, better pretend to slip over," kinda guy. Really does make for excellent viewing doesn't it?

Like it or not, Froch has a chance against anybody in the SMW division. The common ideology is that fighters of the same skills set as Dirrell/Taylor is pretty much an anti Froch style, and look what he did to them. Though I do believe he'll have problems when he comes to trade with Abraham.

In my opinion he was just actin like any of us would have, it was honest criticsm and khan spat his dummy out, the media saw an opportunity to stir some hatred between the two and succeded, Froch actually said he liked and respected khan it just got blown out of proportion

Yea and if you check the records it says Martinez fought to a draw with Cintron.......the records also say Funeka fought to a draw with Guzman......the records also say lewis fought to a draw with Holyfeild....the records also say Malinaggi was beaten by Diaz............................................................

Do you really think those record are a legitimate source to tell you who won the the fight?????
