Yeah Kenny comes across as a class act, i'm a fan of his to! The fact is, whether fans wanted this or not (And judging by the voting it is almost 50/50, which is surprising to me) I doubt too many of top fighters would be up for this (Of course, BJ would want it, he'd take on King Kong AND Godzilla as a tag-team!:)).

Seriously though, I don't even think BJ would fight Lesnar. There is absolutely no way BJ could beat Brock, nor any other fighter below heavy not named Vitor/Anderson/Lyoto. And those 3 I give a VERY small chance.

Yeah, I know mate!:). I think you may be having me on, you little tinker:). Let's put the humour to one side for a second: If BJ gets dominated by GSP and one of the obvious factors is because Georges is too big, and GSP will not as yet move up, what chance would BJ have against those guys? BJ has a huge heart but he's not certifiable:).

You summed it up perfectly when you said "The big guys are too skilled now". "The big guys are too big now".

Choi was actually decent for a freakshow, until he had a tumour removed and he got a bit slower... he did well against Fedor really.

Yes, I dont understand why anyone would be against it... tournaments are very exciting, we need more of them IMO.

yea only the top fighters should be in there. The welterweights and lightweights would really the only ones that would be in a disadvantage cuz there are some big MW and LHW that could fight against the heavyweights. I think too many people are just looking at lesnar but there are actually smaller HW like big nog-couture-mir etc that a MW or LHW could fight and proly win.

:good Plus a lot of middleweights can fight at LHW and there are big welterweights. Thiago Alves could easily fight at 185.

didn't florian fight at MW during the first season of TUF cuz those were the only weight class available? He made the finals didn't he against diego.

That would be cool, have an event like the old school UFC. Once a year, let all comers compete who dare to be great. I think that would elevate the sport

yup, it's funny cuz i hear a lot of fans wanting GSP to fight at middleweight since he pretty much dominated his division already. This would be a way to challenge themselves. Fighters like Penn-GSP and Anderson Silva who really dont have anybody that could challenge them at their weight class.

The dream fights i could only play in video games could actually happen.

I would love it, with knees to the head and rules from Pride allowed. Anyone remember Nogueira vs Sapp back in the day? I know it was heavy vs heavy, but the size difference was enormous, and it was an unbelievable fight with the little guy coming out on top. Anderson Silva vs Brock Lesnar anyone? Too bad it will never happen. UFC is too concerned with it's public image to allow something that might be mis-construed as a freak show.
