Since when have doping agencies tested people before professional fights?

    Oh, that's right, never!

Travis Tygart, executive director of the USADA, said he had talked to representatives of both fighters about providing testing. Tygart said he welcomed the request as he would for any sport that does not have stringent Olympic-type testing.
"I think every sport that wants to have clean athletes it's a sign of a step forward to have out of competition testing," Tygart said. "It's an essential thing to do if you want to protect the integrity of the sport. Clean athletes want a level playing field."

Tygart noted Olympic athletes are tested often and without notice. He said less than a teaspoon of blood is removed out of an average of 380 teaspoons in the normal human and that it regenerates within an hour of being withdrawn.

Ok so lets be kind and give PAC 24 hour healing time LOL.

SO HOW DOES IT TAKE 4 DAYS TO RECOVER FROM A BLOOD TEST. HAHA

Pac should take the test. On local sports radio they were talking about it this morning and they all said Pac has something to hide if he won't take a test.

In a contract, when the promoter and trainer agree to a certain type of testing, and then back out...what does that tell you...

Rooney is the truth yo, all that Pac has to do is agree to the test, Money has said he'd do it, you dont hear him bitching about how it will weaken him. If this fight collapses (which it wont) its cause Pac has something major to hide.

    Says who?

And they are well within their right to change their mind. You know like Mayweather agreed to come in at 145 and then weighed in at 147.

all boxers are tested before and after the fight by the BOXING COMMISSION. that is the legal rule and not the Mayweather commission.

Yep. Pac's legacy is set, took on the toughest challenges and came through spectacularly. Conjecture and allegations won't taint Pac, especially when you consider where they originated from. No-one will remember this besides Mayweather fans, and they will die out soon enough as not too many will be pulling out his videos in the future. This episode will reflect badly on Mayweather down the road of yet another example of him avoiding a great fighter. Mosley, Margo, Cotto, P.Williams, and now Pac.

I thought Floyd coming back would be good for boxing. A Pac superfight would've been a worldwide showcase of how great the sport can be. This weasel and his crackhead relatives have ruined it all and disgraced the sport infront of such a huge audience. What a coward, and what a little ***** always wanting to be the centre of attention with stunts like this.

Rehydration clauses are the most ridiculous and dangerous things to request and Roach is getting a pass on this?? But Floyd Mayweather asks the "world's best boxer" to undergo testing that Lance Armstrong and Michael Phelps have done and he is being a coward? Unreal, Floyd himself is agreeing to do the same exact test. If the test weakens Manny then it weakens Floyd also. If Manny is afraid of needles, then he must've been strapped down and gagged and drugged while he got his tattoos. If Manny is afraid of blood he would've passed out in his fight with Erik Morales when he lost about a pint of blood from his face. It is all bull****. They are playing negotiating games with Floyd or they truly have something to hide. The end, that is all. In life the most logical answer is most often the right answer.
