Maskings agents used.. can be detected via the urine test. for example, chavez JR was caught using diurectics(a masking agent) .

Yeah, and Manny Ramirez was only popped after he was caught with a prescription for a fertility drug. He didn't **** that ****...They found the prescription...And we're talking about the same testing procedures here. The current testing can be beat. Fact.

I find it very funny when people try to claim the same testing procedures done in MLB is good enough.

Seriously. These mother****ers didn't even have a PED policy in place until what? 2005? They're doing the bare ****ing minimum just so they can say they test.

I'm not familiar with this but, if it was set by the sanctioning body then so be it. If you want to own their belt then you got to go by the rules without exception. Mayweather blabbers on about being the greatest and drugs don't make you any smarter so why would it matter? It's all a speculation without any basis so why should this be any different? Dela Hoya was a mega-fight and he wasn't subjected to the same thing.

At the end of the day Mayweather's demands are outside the rules and many people see him as finding excuses to avoid the best in the division. He has not fought Pac, Mosley, Cotto or Margarito. The guys mentioned here have fought at least one on the list whereas Cotto have fought all three.

You can say what you want but the fact that Arum is trying to dictate when a RANDOM test will be done is suspicious. They say pac-man is afraid of needles but doesn't he have a tattoo? They don't even take that much blood anyways. Trying to make it sound like a blood bank donation. Floyd is doing the same tests so thats fair. Sure this issue came out of nowhere and it could be to unsettle pac-man but if his camp has nothing to hide then why are they so scared of random testing? Arum wants to use NFL MLB which we have seen been beaten. Just take the damn test and make the fight happen

The ramification of this is that it queries the integrity of the current testing regime, which cannot happen based on speculation. If both parties agree then there's no issue but, this is not the case. Olympic style testing should be mandatory for all fighters, none at all or voluntarily but not based on one person's demand.

what i read is that Arum said "one bfore the press conference, one no later than 30 days out from the fight, and one after the fight"

So the dates are still chosen at random

not exactly. Arum is dictating a time period when testing can't happen (30 days before the fight) and that is a critical period. If this were the case he could use a substance after the 30 days away mark then stop the week of or however long it takes to get the drug out and then the drug will be gone by the time the fight is over. Now I don't think pac is a roid abuser BUT why all the stipulations from Arum?

It shouldn't be but hey it's not like Arum doesn't make demands. While I like both fighters and question Mayweather's reasoning behind the testing it is a FAIR test in which BOTH fighters would be taking the tests. Arum is the only person trying to set date limits on the testing. They are making themselves look more suspicious than mayweather and his reasoning...that's my point
