Why would you bother making a thread then, and why would you finish your op with "is it me or is only one side even trying to compromise???"

And Pac wanted to fight in somewhere else... oh wait. His last six fights have been in either Mandalay Bay or MGM Grand. I sure can understand how Pac don't like at all about the idea of fight taking place in MGM Grand.

very confused? I pointed out 4 stipulations to which Floyd took the higher road and compromised to make the fight happen, and I said why can't Pac do the same for a drug test that both would be obligated to? my question was why is one side doing all the compromising.....I still don't see why I'm not validated in asking this question? I don't know maybe I phrased my argument incorrectly or I forgot to explain something, but it seems everyone has got what I said miscontstrued lol

Because you could easily make a list of things that the other side have 'compromised' on - fight location, the same purse split, weight (if you gave Pac free choice, do you think he'd have the fight at 147?). So your base premise is incorrect.

Freddie Roach: "this is a Vegas fight, plus Floyd is too scared to fight anywhere else"
Freddie Roach: "50-50 gets the fight done, its up to Floyd"

You are correct about the weight that definitely was a compromise made by Team Pac. But back to my point now I'd simply like to understand why the general consensus among Pacquiao fans is that Floyd is somehow "bitching away" or "being a pest with his demands" etc. etc.

You're posting quotes of people conceding things as proof that they didn't make any concessions?

Purse one is easy to disprove.

As always, floydettes would consider a 50/50 split a concession. FLOYPRETTYTES are still pre-occupied with how much their "pwaaaark pwaaaaark pwaaaark" FLOCKMAYWEATHER gets as a purse, nothing new.

I don't know where they get the idea that he is entitled to get more than that against Pac, as if it is his birth right!!!!!

May or March was Floyd's offer, you're twisting it.

The glove size...they are fighting at 147lbs and it's a standard size.

The purse...the Pacman team also wanted the top half...

Pacquiao has made some demands in the past that opponents had to compromise, this one... NADA... Just common sense...

..and why the **** would Floyd try making the fight at 154 ??? ...and why the **** would a said small welterweight try to get wiggle room ??

THE DEMANDS AREN'T EVEN CLOSE TO BE COMPARABLE, AND I'M SAYING THAT THINKING PAC SHOULD JUST TAKE THE BLOOD TESTS TO SHUT HIS HOLE ANYWAYS...

    - March 13th date is not a concession, its the only way the fight could be made. Its actually more to Floyd's benefit than Pac's. Props to Pac for manning up and taking the fight so close to the Cotto fight and right before his electoral campaign.

    - 50/50 split is not a concession, if anything Pac deserves more as the #1 fighter in the world.

    - 8oz gloves is a small concession that is normal fighting someone who has fought with 8oz gloves his entire career. Pac would be making a massive concession if he fought with 10oz gloves, which he has never done in his career before because he's pretty much a career featherweight at best.

    - 10million per pound is a big concession from Floyd. Props to Floyd for showing that making the limit is not a concern.

    - Having the fight at the full WW limit is the biggest concession of all. Props to Pac for accepting this without any delays. We're talking about a fighter who has never weighed in higher than 144 in his entire career.

    - Pac accepting drug tests outside the norm of the NSAC is a big concession. Props to Pac for pushing this fight through.

Seems like with the double-standards in full force regarding PAc and Floyd, its normal that you think Floyd is making all the concessions even though he clearly isn't.
