At the time of the fight manny thought his loss was due to not having his Reyes gloves. I have never heard anything regarding a blood test before the morales fight. Not until the last few days that is.
what makes them the best? are they that more technology advanced than everyone else? even if theyre better than most agencies it wont be that much. if a different agency can't detect something what makes you so sure taht USADA will be able to? and no you cant just make the arguement that they are the best. The only reason manny doesnt want USADA is because of their intrusive ways of testing and that theres a chance of a blood test on the day of the fight.

As far as I get you, you're the one following what everybody "probably could know, perhaps and if...". But that don't matter, at least to me... I think May. should, if he really wants to fight, compromise on that one as Manny did before on certain other things, that's it to me... Manny agreeing to gettin' tested by another org's random blood tests is way more than he has to, period. To me its Team Mayweather's turn, now...
If organizations and scientists go to them to approve these test, I think they are saying WADA (USADA) is the best and most reliable don't you? Pacquiao might be cheating and would want to use the PED cycles he needs if he was. They don't test the day of the sporting event, so he has no real excuse.
