At least I refer to the person I'm talking to specifically. "*******s don't want the fight, blah blah" Typical response from you. Where did I call Floyd a coward? I don't give a damn about the Paulie fight or Pac sueing Floyd, I could care less about that. Of course I want to see the fight. I would lose respect for Pacquiao if he fights Malignaggi. I also didn't like the 145 catchweight for the Cotto fight and always made it clear.

You are the one who only argues about the drama side of boxing. I don't think I've seen you talk about anything else. I mean honestly, I only see you in "controversy" type of threads about black dudes. It's like your only reason for being in this forum is to defend them. It's kinda sad.**** I talk about Pac a lot but at least I talk about other stuff too. Do you even watch fights or just go to BoxRec to check the result and then feel proud cause the black dude won?

Sad fact is Pacman refused the test, doesn`t matter which one he agreed to, after the fight, whatever, his actions show he will not be prepared to take ANY drug test.

He still has to take the REQUIRED test, as he's done in every one of his fights.

Void does not want to fight Pac. Right after Pac knocked Hatton out in the 2nd round Roach tried to get Void to fight Pac, but Void refused, so Pac fought Cotto, another fighter Void refused to fight. Void now makes up some new rules for Pac to follow for their fight in Void's home town. Pac agreed to take a blood test right after the fight and a urine test as well. Whatever, Pac does not need to fight Void, Pac is #1, not Void. Pac can fight one more or several more fights without fighting Void, he does not need Void. Void appears to be very spoiled, he seems to always get his way. Pac is the star, not Void. Void is void.

Oh nice comeback. I have over 20, 000 posts on this site. 15,000 before the great crash and 5,000 since. But your right they have all been on the threads that you claim.

By the way its a nice comeback by tring to attack what I post on instead of the topic at hand. This isnt a case of defending anyone, that is your job here, I dont think that floyd did anything to defend. He just asked for RANDOM blood tests and Pac refused, why would anyone need to defend Floyd for that. Whats wrong with him asking for that?? Not only that he wasnt the one that walked away it was the other side that did.

Boxrec??? Please I could debate circles around you on any topic any fighter any time period. I could pull out a 30 year old mag or a 20 year old fight. I have been a huge fan as well as an amateur fighter since I was 6 years old. Im closing in on 40 now.

At the end of the day Random testing is something that boxing should have been doing for 10 years. In this era of steroids and stuff that is out there that cant be detected in **** test. Doing it wrong doesnt make it ok just because you have been doing it that way for years. Hell people use to put lead paint in thier childrens rooms because it was more durable, but how wrong they were:good

Floyd wants the test because he wants to "catch" Manny. You are going on and on about how this tests should be implemented because it's good for the sport, good, I agree, why not? **** I don't care if Pac just takes the test, I wanna see the fight. I hope he does if it's the only way the fight will happen.

But Floyd is not interested in any of that, not at all. Like I said, he just wants to "catch" Manny and if Manny's clean he always has the excuse that it's good for the sport and it's fair, blah, blah, blah. Come on man, you truly believe this? You don't think it's insulting that because out of nowhere someone accuses you of something you gotta prove to them that you didn't do anything wrong and if you choose not to, then that's fishy? That's CRAZY. I mean you seriously think that's perfectly fine?

The bottom line of all of this, is that anyone wanting Manny Pacquiao to go out of his way to take a different drug test than usual, is basically accusing him of taking steroids, or potentially taking steroids, with absolutely no proof.
It's ****ing lame you guys would be so gullible as to conform to an idea some idiot threw out there with no evidence.
    Blind cheerleaders.

There is no confusion USADA or no fight.

No amount of alternatives will appease Floyd.

    http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/box...ory?id=4771718

Mayweather is demanding Olympic-style testing conducted by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, whose inflexible protocol calls for random urine and blood testing throughout training camps, fight week and even the day of the fight, with the ability to test any time, day or night. Both fighters would be subject to the same kind of testing.

The confusion is with the fans and what is really going on here.
He's pulling the wool to get out of a dangerous match up.

It's not confusion there is just no objectivity.

People can't set their bias aside, but just look who's catering to who.

People are making connections where I think there shouldn't be any.
Pac has asked for a pretty draconian penalty for coming in overweight, presumably to prevent Mayweather from doing precisely that. He did it in his last and so surely it's a legitimate concern for team Pac because Pac probably wouldn't walk away 24 hours before the fight over a couple of pounds. Floyd would enter that ring with that extra weight.

There shouldn't be any connection between this and the drug issue. It can't be right to say "I let you have your special request so you gotta let me have mine." That makes no sense; the drug thing needs to be weighed on its own merits...

    1) Is it right that boxing should move to a more comprehensive drug testing regime? I'd say so. If the current methods can't catch all the PEDs then it should be tightened up.

    2) Is it right to create such a regime on-the-fly in a contract negotiation? I'd say not... boxers should fight under the governing rules and not seek to change them piecemeal. If team Mayweather has a genuine concern over the drugs regime in boxing then this is not the way to address it.

    3) What does team Pac have to gain by not granting Mayweather's request? Firstly, they have the opportunity to use some PEDs if they so choose (I'm not saying Pac uses drugs, I'm saying he could). Secondly, they may not want to be seen dancing to Mayweather's tune in an ongoing contract negotiation, and they may even want to play hardball to squeeze something more out of the contract.

    4) What does Floyd stand to gain by insisting on this? A clean Pacquiao is the obvious answer. However, nobody's shown any evidence that Pac's dirty in any way, so the chances are that Floyd would face a clean Pac anyway. Why else would Floyd do this? To play mind games? To win extra concessions in the contract negotations? Both?

    5) Is this a marketing ploy with nothing behind it? Possible.

If the negotiations are still ongoing (whether publicly or not), then both sides may feel they can use this to get more. Floyd could drop his demands in return for XYZ, or Pac could agree to the increased tests in return for XYZ.

Personally? Pac should nip this in the bud and agree to the tests... then sue Floyd's ass to **** him off. 2 angry ATGs in the ring... I'm buying PPV
