    Sam Langford and Roky Marciano...for there size they had amazing strength and power...mighty atoms...Valuev...This guy was supposed to be a side show but Lacking natural power or speed he makes good use of his size....Hearns,Sadler,Panama Al Brown,...Manny Pac..amazing power moving up in weight..Henrey Armstrong and Roberto Duran..Success while moving up in weight...SSR...amazing talent,speed,punch and legs....SRL...speed and power...

    Saw this recently of Langford on youtube. His upper body is just bizarre-he's literally built like an action figure.

    I know a lot of the Thai's fought under that trainer who found their fighting weight, then boiled them down a further ten percent.

    Sot Chitalada could easily of been a Featherweight, but damn near killed himself to get down to as low as 108.

    Thai/Asian fighters are ****ing ridiculous, its no wonder a 10 year career for any of the lower weight fighters is rare.
