Robinson by UD or late stoppage. Too skilled and fast for Tiger.

Tiger was a very good fighter. Perhaps even great. I will always recognize that. However, he just was not in the same league as a 1951 Robinson.

Well, Robinson is almost certainly not stopping Tiger. He'd outbox him to a comfortable decision, though.

No middleweight ever would stop Tiger..Robinson included..though SRR win it by a 15 round decision.

A prime Dick Tiger bringing his A game would be better than anyone Robinson ever fought. In a 15 round fight , if Tiger was highly motivated, Ray would need to fight the fight of his life ...

I definitely second that. I think Robinson would be fighting to survive and can possibly win on points only. If anyone is KO'ing anybody, Tiger just may wear out Ray late in a 15 rounder.

Yes, this would indeed by far be the toughest test for SRR. Only a peak form Ray would win this one IMO.

I couldnt see Tiger winning this one. Robinson is definitely too slick and fast for Tiger. SRR by UD.

This one is interesting IMHO: a prime Tiger, say the one that went through Hurricane, was much, much, more dangerous than the 51' Lamotta.

And although Tiger could be outboxed, he also BEAT great boxers.

I'd still favor Ray, but it's not as automatic for me.
