They have the most strict and stringent testing out there and they randomly test for both blood and urine. The NSAC only test for urine and that's only an Hour and a half before the fight and immediately after the fight. You know that's not good enough. There are way more holes involved with the NSAC than with USADA. So why would you not want the best and strongest testing?
FYI, in the Olympics they test mainly via urine, although they do use blood its at a 4:1 ratio urine to blood. WADA is not a testing company, they are like the CDC as I understand it. They form the guidelines, etc. It is upto the Labs of the countries responsible for their programs to carry out testing. If you want to point to the most advanced testers, I would say its the french. Well that is the UCI (cyclings sanctioning body) handle the testing and AFLD handles the lab work. Those *******s are very smart, devious, and cold hearted. They use hair along with urine and blood and they're not afraid of discriminating against Americans by testing a certain guy almost once a day during his sports big event.
1. So why would you not want the best and strongest testing? 2. Would you turn down 40 million dollars and ruin your reputation and legacy instead of just taking some random blood tests done by what is viewed as the world's top anti-doping agency?
You ignored my question. Why does Tygart talk about HGH and blood when the test is a fluke? How could I say USADA is the best when what they preach isn't entirely accurate? Also, the whole premise of the testing is based on a fallacy. Yea, you heard that right, the whole basis of the steroid issue is based on a lie fabricated by Mayweather Snr, so just exactly who is making him do this?
I've asked you the same question 2 or 3 times and you refuse to answer. Even if the test was a fluke (it's not) why not take it anyway, pass it and then move on? The only way to test for some PEDs is through blood testing. I never mentioned HGH at all. HGH is not the only PED that can be detected with blood tests. They asked him a question and he answered it. WADA is the hardest test to get past illegally. I don't know if he has an agenda. I have to ask what's Pacquiao's agenda? I have to ask what's your reasoning for ignoring my question multiple times?
I don't like lending my bike to someone else. Why? Because if I hear a strange sound coming from my bike, I like to know its complete history, so I can at least guess where and how I hit it to provoke that noise. Similarly, I'm very self-aware when it comes to small aches or tweaks. I'm not even a top-level athlete, but I still wouldn't want to be poked with a needle a short time prior to strenuous exercise. I would feel tentative about the muscles close to the site of injection. And I didn't even mention the drawn blood yet. Even if it's not a lot and even if it has enough time to replenish itself, it's the psychological aspect that matters more. I would prefer to be certain that I am at 100% of my strength and abilities. Manny Pacquiao went up weight classes recently. This fight is at a higher weight than the last one. At some point, you wonder if you extended yourself too far and went too high. That invites self-doubt. You don't want to add to that, by questioning whether you are at the best level that you can be, or if you're the tiniest bit diminished. Drawing blood too close to this fight could weaken him, at least psychologically. None of you can prove that's not true, since none of you boxed against that kind of opposition, going up in weight classes so fast.
Dude, I've already said it a hundred times, USADA is not the best, and I've brought up the reasons that I question them. This whole thing is a farce to me. USADA has no authority because they are not contracted by the boxing sanctioning body. Pac is not required to do anything until the NSAC says you must do a, b , or c. This is like a kangaroo court being held in the public media.
