Pac didn't mess anything up. Let's not forget or avoid that fact that this fight would be signed, sealed, and delivered had team Mayweather never demanded an unprecedented and unwarranted blood testing stipulation, period.

I thought it was a marketing ploy until I read the pleadings. The content of them alleges a conspiracy between all parties to get back at Manny becuase he is so good (Floyd is jealous) and because he stayed with Top Rank (Oscar and Schaefer).

Some of ESB's Mayweather fans and their double standards...:rofl

1- Baldomir, possibly the worst 147lbs champ in the last 15 years.
2- Fighting Ricky Hatton at 147lbs instead of 140lbs when it was documented and known that Ricky was only a true threat at 140 lbs.
3- Making JMM come up 2 weights classes in just a few months at the age of 36 and not respecting your word on the scales to make sure you get all possible advantages come fight night.
4- Talking about the possibility of fighting Matthew Hatton ????? The Hatton brother that's still shaking his head in disbelief at the possibility of fighting Mayweather...

only way for this fight to happen is for floyd to step up and stop being a *****

floyd needs to abide by the rule of NSAC like all boxers should and this fight would have been rubberstamped weeks ago.

So was mine...it's a matter of opinions and opinions are subjective, not objective.

I agree. I didn't feel like typing much and you said pretty much what I'm thinking about this mess. Tight work.

So you think that Arum has something in writing were someone within the Mayweather came is saying something like, "Pac is one steroids"

I dont think that you cats have a clue about how hard of a case this is going to be. Its the hardest thing in OUR law to prove. There is a huge difference between a simple word...

    Example

    "I
    This content is protected
that Pac my be on some kind of PED"

    "Pac is on Steroids, I
    This content is protected
    it"

The first on is OPINION which you cant be sued for, no matter what comes after I THINK.

the Second is stated as a fact and not opinion. This is were the Pac camp will get in trouble in this Lawsuit, all the defendants have to do is get the judge to agree that they were just stating thier OPINIONS and Pac is ****ed.

they also have to show that it was said with the intent to damage pac

  15. Nah, enough has been said to demonstrate defamation of character. Where the lawsuit will fail is proving that Pacquiao hasn't been on steroids, which is actually impossible.

    Just ask Lance Armstrong.
