As for the blood test, you don't know what they will do. That's the x-factor. Tygart says they only take a teaspoon of blood but there's many instances where they'll take a whole vial of blood.

This case will not get thrown out. They have asked for a trial by jury.All they have to do is convince the jury that what was said about Pac was in total reckless disregards to the truth.

 

Any lawyer worth his salt will tear that notion to threads, it was a scummy thing for DLH to say but he said enough for people to make the connection but not enough to incriminate himself beyond a simple defence.

The procedures for the blood test are very clear, officials made statements assuring Pac and his team how much they would be taking and that the only indefinite variable would be the dates of the test.

I don't understand why people are so brazenly disregarding the facts to try and defend either fighter on this matter.
