Speaking of reputation, would you agree that Oscar, Hatton and Cotto has more balls than Floyd? no excuses, man up or shut up!

But Floyd isnt the most charismatic guy to begin with.. Why is it when he was fighting at 130-135 when his image was relatively clean did he not get any endorsements? He probably doesnt have the "x factor" these companies are looking for. And how many Boxers have ever been synonymous with endorsements?? Even DLH in his prime didnt get the Nikes and Gilettes of the world.

But Pacquiao hasn't robbed a bank, and no law enforcement officers have. He's had an ex-crack addict with a seemingly microscopic level of intelligence start spewing spurious, baseless claims which have in turn been used by his less mentally adept, tax-troubled son.

If we're going play metaphors, I'd say that if Mayweather and Son, walked into a Police Station and attempted to accuse me of something they'd likely end up talking their own way into the cells or end up being laughed out of the building. There won't be officers despatched to break down my door and drag me kicking and screaming to the gallows because people like them have taken it upon themselves to concoct some sort of fantasy. They have no ground to stand on, and therefore the most logical conclusion which can be reached is that they simply don't want the fight to happen.

Well even when he was fighting Castillo at lightweight he was already running into trouble. I forget which fight it was...maybe with Ndou where they were detailing the trouble he was running into in a few different states.

I forget when it was exactly, but Floyd plead guilty for something back in '01 or '02. Good point with DLH and his endorsements (or lack thereof)... only thing I could think of was maybe they just weren't rich enough for his blood.

So that jealousy, what they want to do is discredit an athlete and make him look $h!tty and that's the history of Mayweather and what he does. It's like if you compare him to Sugar Ray Leonard, he will discredit Sugar Ray Leonard. If you compare him to any fighter, he'll try to discredit that fighter.. 'Oh, Bernard Hopkins... Hopkins lost.. either the guy is a loser or a cheater. Nobody can be great except him in his mind and it's pretty disgusting.

    RA speaks the truth!

this is how history will remember floyd! a skilled fighter but a ducker and a scum!

cotto has more of a case of being an elite at the weight by beating shane mosley than floyd by beating baldomir, judah, hatton and marquez combined. :deal

this is a good post however calzaghe picked mayweather over hatton, calzaghe despises hatton, and ive been saying all these things for months now, the only problem with this is, when your talking mayweather pacquiao, the worst fans on this site pacman fans get involved and its like trying to speak to death kids, it just goes no where, they dont know anything about anything in life other than manny pacquiao, it could be broadcast on national tv of manny injecting steroids and manny could admitt to it himself and they would say aliens abducted pacquiao and this was an imposter pacquiao, they are the worst fans because they dont know boxing they just know manny

mayweather also went up to 154 to fight a 2 year younger fresher version of dlh coming off of a great performance against mayorga, pac made a faded delahoya coming off a miserable performance agianst steve forbes, come down to a weight he hadnt been at in 10 years for the fight, also hatton was undefeated and on a roll when mayweather fought him and in his absolute prime, hatton looked terrible in his first fight back from flyd before 2 fights before he fought pac, so i would actually give mayweather the edge in competition.
