Its a shame when a man who is looking out for his own son is disrespected. I'm curious what would you do if you had a son about to get in the ring with a guy you suspect may be on steroids in a sport where you risk your life & long term health?
Or, to put it another way, Paulie is willing to fight someone he knows is taking PEDs. What a dumbass. Pac taking a Paulie fight is obvious....he wants to shut Pauli's yappy gob.
Millions of dollars. I guess that's more than enough of a reason. Same with giving a tiny bit of blood for 40+ million dollars. "What a dumbass."
I don't blame Sr as much as I do Jr. Mayweather knows first hand how much of a crackhead his father is. If Floyd wanted the fight he would have made it. He used the accusations to weasel his way out of a fight he never wanted.
If a child is scared of something, they'll often look to a parental figure to help them find an escape route. I think it's fairly obvious what has happened here.
I don't really think is Mayweather Sr. is at full fault. Let's be realistic, he said what was in his mind and Mayweather and his team wanted a simple random blood test. Do you really think Mayweather wants to throw away $40-50 million dollars away. It's simple demand I don't care what anyone says. Both parties are wrong in certain situations, but Manny could have made this situation go away a long time. It's perhaps a master plan by Mayweather to mess up the chemistry, team and focus in Manny's camp. Maybe not. But hey everything is working in his side, the public is beginning to question Manny and lack of concentration is visible. Let's remember the mental part is the biggest thing in boxing. When anger and emotions are out of control, you lose the fight before entering the ring. It's a Trinidad against Hopkins all over in certain ways.:good
It was Sr. who was harpin on these unsubstantiated claims way before these other fighters decided to get some ink themselves. What is strange is that for someone like you not to know this when you are spending way too much time posting on each and every thread about this.
the mayweathers may have found a way out of this fight in the ring, but they will end up fighting this in the court. and instead of getting $25 mil paycheck, they will have to shell more from their own pockets. :happy :happy
Is this the same man who was willing to train Oscar De La Hoya to fight his son for 2 million dollars? :think Same man who used a one year-old Floyd as a human shield when someone pulled a shotgun on him and blasted him in the leg? :think atsch Floyd Sr doesn't care about anything except himself. He knows Pac could possibly beat Floyd and thus ruin his legacy (Sr's only claim to fame).
