Last I heard Pac agreed to be random blood tested, just not days leading up to the fight and requested that the Nevada State Commission to perform the random blood tests, which in turn offerred they be assisited by a 3rd party like the USADA. A proposal turned down by the Mayweathers. In short, the Mayweathers rejected Manny's acceptance of random blood testing. Let's hear a more detailed opinion of your take.
