So being a legend and on magazine covers prevents this guy from having to take drug tests and or be possible of being guilty. I like Pacquiao but i really dont know if he dopes or not. What i will say is status should not let you be free of scrutiny just like floyd should not make odd rule exceptions by status of the fight you never see this in other sports. Rule changes made for championship games to please both sides. What i will say is i like the olympic style testing but they should do it for boxing as a whole not just one fight

I think you'll find most of the top names on his cv are GBP fighters. You sure you watch boxing.

Also doesn't matter what promotions a fighter is from, if he's good, he's good. Cotto didn't come to lose, he bought everything to the ring, he was one of the top welters, if not the best welter out there at the time. Something that mayweather fails to do......fight top welters.
