I think Roach has had enough of all the distractions in the Philippines and wants Manny 100% focused on a possible fight with Fraud.

 

New fiscal year, meaning Pac can stay for a certain number of days in a year in the US without being considered a resident for taxation purposes.

Probably, they count January as start of a new year, as opposed to most countries where tax year starts July 1.

At least he'd get into the ring with Mosley.

 

The good news is, we will have another Pacquiao fight in the next 10 weeks or so. Whoever the opponent, it's highly possible that it's another exciting and entertaining fight.
