I would consider Soto a level above prime Barrios, and Barrios gave Freitas everything he wanted and a little bit more. I'm taking Soto.

Soto is underrated imho... his weaknesses only get exposed against runners, and Acelino doesn't have the stamina to run for 12 rounds.
