That was Manny Pacquiao's counter offer before and they rejected Pacquiao's offer, and instead they spread that Pacquiao didn't want to take the test. :patsch

That's why now they're trying to "compromise" with Pacquiao. :rofl He knows he won't make anymore money than with Pacquiao.

I'd rather hope that neither of what you said happens to her. They're both terrible.

pac fans only mention the positive sides of their fighter...to them he is a god and he is perfect and nothing he does is wrong...they always fail to mention that floyd can make more money fighting elsewhere as well...they keep saying floyd in debt and this and that but they can provide 0 sources since his debt was reported as 0 with the irs and i doubt any man who made at least 15 million this year is in debt..

U just gotta get around the pac fans..they don't know much about anything and their arguments are filled with holes...they will also always ignore any post that exploits the holes in their arguments..

SD, you're a ****ing joke. Provide 0 sources? Yet you talk off the lip of "he's on ****ing steroids. He's ducking. He cheats." Where the **** are your sources? Do me a favor, email me a picture of the dirty sample that Pacquiao gave you.

You're hilarious. Ignore any post that exploits holes in arguments? You do nothing but try to expound upon baseless accusations and hate on Pacquiao. What real knowledge do you actually have? You're as hypocritical as the man whose nut drips down your cheeks.

I honestly don't know half of those excuses/arguments you claim I make because I don't back any of those statements.

I'd want Manny to test and do whatever was necessary to clear his name. I understand he gave blood 24 days prior to Hatton, but he also did give blood only days prior to the Morales fight in order to renew his boxing license.

The man claims he's superstitious yet it's supposedly a bull**** excuse and it's supposed to be unbelievable? He comes in to the ring and kneels in the same corner to pray before and after every single fight. I'm not making excuses for Pac for the first Morales fight. He said he couldn't use his puncher's gloves. Whatever. He could've also used the blood test too close to the fight as an excuse. But if he's superstitious, could it be that he's reluctant to give blood so close to the fight because that apparently was the last time he lost a bout?

The timeline that I understood it was that Team Mayweather signed off on the contract and that Arum flew to the Philippines to have Manny sign off. The "BREAKING NEWS" everywhere was proclaimed to have the fight signed and the venue negotiated. ESPN then reported that in one of their articles that after the fight was signed, Team Mayweather chose to have the olympic style blood testing added to the contract.

If team pac rejects this they clearly wanted no part of Floyd from the start

I couldn't remember which Dan Rafael interview it was. But supposedly the initial contract only had unlimited random urine analysis. Because as soon as news broke of Arum having Pacquiao signed the agreement in the Philippines, there were CBS Sports videos about the fight having been agreed upon, ESPN flashing across their ticker that the fight was agreed upon at 147, at MGM, for the title, on March 13.

A few of the lesser known online publications, as well as ESPN had the line ,"Team Mayweather insisted that olympic-style drug testing be added to the contract," about a week or so later.
