The Pacquiao legal team will not file a case with false facts in it, that's even more ridiculous in regards to the high profile lawyers in charge of the matter. They will not tarnish their reputation by adding a false element of proof when they already possess many of them besides that one. Also, Mr. Petrocelli has gained his reputation by winning cases, not just representing without any importance given to the results. Guys like that don't get involved just to make a few extra bucks, especially when it's wide open to the public view. He could easily make loads of money with unknown individuals...

Nobody made a statement of fact about Pac being on roids. Saying PAc is on roids isn't enough for PAc to win his D.O C case.
