Johnny Lewis Boxing Classics on ONE HD

Cant really find anyone more credible in boxing, but gotta agree, the guy is not suited to television. Sucks even worse as a commentator.

 

He's terrible.

 

how about, ONE puts on some live boxing.

I heard this channel is in trouble, it is losing millions of dollars.

Shouldn't you be enjoying the fact that there's boxing on tv through the week? This should be the issue we are debating, not Johnny Lewis, the man.

For ****s sake, show a bit of respect, this is an all-time great trainer and man we are talking about. His profile helped carry this sport at some of it's lowest times and we all (supporters) and the boxing industry have a great deal to thank because of him.

Relax there buddy, nobody is having a go at his contribution to the sport. Some guys are just not cut out for particular roles, and this is one of them.

With all due respect, don't ****ing tell me to relax when, a.) I'm not your buddy and b.) when the opening thread refers to Johnny having a 'head like a hard boiled egg'.

My comments stand. Yes, maybe Johnny's not the ideal one for tv, but his boxing knowledge is first rate and probably forgotten more about boxing than all of us know. Comments about his appearance are un-called for and bang ****ing out of order.

I think it's good to see someone sticking up for Johnny. This is the second thread disparaging him for whatever reason. It's just a bit nasty and the man doesn't deserve it. Now if you were talking about that Contender host, Daniel Armband or whatever it is, and his token sheila, you could have a point.

 

Don't back pedal, man up and stand by your stupid comments. It was in poor taste if your casting that as humour you ****ing idiot.
