Quick but a little wild. You are looping some punches but that's common for beginners. You seem to needlesly wind up on some of your punches as well and you take a lot in return from your opponents. But hey you're better than me so i'm not going to rant. Good luck in your campaign.

I figured out who you are. You got some speed, but you jump in a little recklessly. Are you a Manny Pacquaio fan by any chance? :D

man, you've got some serious work to do if you want to even be considered somewhat of a prospect.

Thanks 4 your honesty, it helps me get better. Im working on something new to get my defense, stance, endurance looking sharp and to be able to throw alot more explosive punches. Your going to see a big deference from last year fights to this year fights i promise you. Be on the look out for my next fight I will post it when I have an upcoming fight hopefully next month.:)

I'll be keeping an eye out. Just be dedicated and focused in your training, and keep working on technique.

Not bad. The main focus looks like it should be minimizing wasted movement. Up your sparring, and in sparring make sure that you're throwing punches not only economically but paying strict attention to technical form. Each one should look just like it's supposed to, textbook. Then in actual competition hopefully the hours you put in concentrating on punching form and efficiency of motion in sparring should manifest as "acquired instinct". Just be conscious of it, but obviously without overthinking and freezing yourself up. It should be fluid and effortless (that comes with putting in the hours in the gym). :good

Im a 185 pounder it's pretty hard getting sparring with guys my size but since my manager close off the gym from the public last month he said he'll have more time to look for sparring. I think that's one reason why I haven't been looking that sharp in my fights but this year we will get on it. Also 185 pounds is my walk around weight, I can easy get down to light heavyweight if I give up the burritos lol.
