    because he focuses on "what he believes" not an opinion...floyds story been consistent the whole time...we want the testing random..only thing that has changed is that he backed out of the usada policy..something that arum didn't want so they gave it up but pac side still bitching

    he doesn't explain why pacquiao has to come up with different items and excuses to back his argument..

    Again...why did the first item not hold up?? Why did he have to resort to something else?? The muh ****a team said he have trouble giving blood with in 30 days...so why in the **** he givin hatton a bloodd test 24 days before the fight if it effects him within 30..

    Both sides are right and wrong in a sense.

    The commissions oversee fights and do their own drug testing, fighters can ask for things outside in the norm in the contracts. Mayweather can ask for more stringest drug testing, as anyone with a basic knowledge of the drug testing in boxing knows that it doesn't take a genius to get around the testing, and Pacquiao can ask for penalties for an opponent being overweight as he has done on several occassions. As I've said before, things in the contract outside the norm aren't that rare, and almost always the fighter with more leverage (i.e. box office power) is the one benefitting from it.

    Everyone's looking bad here. Team Mayweather simply should've just asked for stricter drug testing instead of making accusations. But of course, you can't stop Floyd Sr. from opening his mouth, so he kept yapping about how he thought Pacquiao was dirty and Floyd Jr. implied this on a radio show. So now we have this lawsuit. You've got Freddie Roach saying "blood tests are fine up to 3 days before the fight" or whatever and then later on you hear Bob Arum saying Manny only wants it up to 30 days before. Instead of simply saying they will go by the usual NSAC rules, we hear about how the tattoo-filled Manny being scared of needles and whatnot. Arum creates a new deadline every few days. Pacquiao writes a letter saying "all liars go to hell" and becoming more Holyfield-like with his religion talk (two married men known to **** anything that moves). Richard Schaefer and Oscar showing how blatantly hypocritical they are. De La Hoya used to say every other day that Pacquiao was fast, not powerful. Now he goes "wow, his punches felt like Mosley and Vargas, who were both on something". Until they come to an agreement and get on with the fight, **** everyone in this ****ing mess.

    Personally I don't know why anyone in this day and age would be surprised by any athlete using PEDs. Wow, a competitive athlete at a high level does something against the rules in order to recover quicker from workouts and train harder and improve their performance. Am I supposed to be shocked or something? My favorite argument is "he doesn't look like the type to cheat". What exactly does a cheating athlete look like? :lol::rofl

    People make a big thing out of contractual demands that are out of the norm. It usually just comes down to whom is the bigger money draw and what they can get out of it, how much they can push their leverage upon the opponent. It's not the norm for a fighter to demand a contract weight for a SMW title fight at 162, or have a LHW fight at 168 so titles at both SMW & LHW. Leonard got this because he was the star, and got the things in his favor (in addition to the things he got in his favor against Hagler). When you look at catchweight title fights (Leonard-Hearns 2, Chavez-Whitaker, Hopkins-De La Hoya, Pacquiao-Cotto, etc...), most of the time they guy who benefits (or whom it appears to benefit) is the guy with more drawing power. Pacquiao is able to get his opponents to agree to massive penalties for being overweight (Morales 3, Cotto, Mayweather) because of his negotiating leverage. Mayweather was able to get away with his bull**** on the scales in the Marquez fight because of his star power.

    But in this case with Mayweather-Pacquiao, it's harder to get one side to concede that they aren't the "bigger" of the two. Both sides refuse to back down, they'll agree to something then counter with another. Now we have this **** going on when the fight should've been signed officially already.

    They haven't been able to come to some sort of compromise, so both are to blame.

    WHAT are our thoughts on the different "reasons" behind Pac's stories changing..I mean why did it ever go past his first story with the scared of needle theory? The tattoo pictures didn't help nor did the TATTOOS ALL OVER HIS BODY....THAN WHEN FLOYD SIDE TAKE THE USADA OUT THE PICTURE....MANNY CHANGES IT UP AGAIN:huh AND TAKES THE USADA AND SAYS "WELL JUST GO WITH THE NSAC"...BULL**** IF U ASK ME

    I'm not totally clear on everything Manny has said himself, and what his team has said for him. They've been inconsistent. Pacquiao saying one thing, Roach another, and Arum all over the place "oh I will contact Manny after I just watched 24/7 with him giving blood and he performed fine". It seems like bad communication. I don't really understand Arum saying **** like that. Arum is no dummy, you don't graduate from Harvard law and then become a successful multi-millionaire boxing promoter for over three decades by being stupid. Maybe he's getting slightly senile. :huh
