Tito....go look it up on boxrec.

    Now who should have won?

I had Oscar up. But he has noone to blame but himself for doing what he did.

this is the reason all the puerto ricans hate oscar, because tito was not able to convincingly beat him.

    Exactly -

And here is a fun fact that fools fail to realise since DLH and HBO splattered that Oscar 'was robbed' so many times to save face... Oscar was not 'robbed'.

Several of the early rounds could have been counted for Tito, watch the ****ing fight for christs sakes and stop repeating what you hear people. All a judge would have had to do is give Tito 2 of the early rounds before Oscar dominated the middle rounds to declare the bout a draw due to Oscar losing the last 4...

    Which, I myself, did.

Oscar 7-5 win would have been perfect, but given the circumstances, a draw or a very close Tito win was NOT a 'robbery'. In no way did Oscar shut out Tito for the first 8 rounds, that would have been a robbery.

A 'robbery' would be Chavez getting a draw after losing 9 to 3 to Whitaker.

Exactly this fight was much closer than people think. Alot of this comes from Oscar making Tito look one-dimensional but there were some early rounds that were very close and I scored it 7-5 for Oscar. Oscar has no one to blame but himself because he chose to run in the championship rounds. Not a robbery like people make it out to be.

Only in boxing! Who cares if Oscar ran the last four rounds?

If my basketball team is winning by ten points, it doesn't matter that the last fifteen minutes of the match we don't score any more, as long as the opposite team isn't scoring anything, either. You can't just take those points away just because in your judgement, we got lazy and started playing defensively.

Similarly, in a championship fight you can't take it upon yourself to "punish" one fighter by deciding he lost the match simply because you got pissed that he ran for the remaining of the fight, and especially considering his opponent isn't landing ****, either. You've got to consider the big picture.

Like I said: Only in boxing!!!

But no, it was not a robbery. I'll agree on that.

Whitaker? Close one but I could give it to Sweet Pea.

    Sturm? Sturm won hands down.

Quartey? Close one. Could have gone either way.
