If the offer was sincere, why not offer it during? If you did indeed offer it during mediation, why state that you offered it before and not during? And if you didn't offer it during, why didn't you?

"Creams, transdurmals, clear the fastest. Orals, would be next. Water-based drugs- including testosterone- would be next, then the oil-based. So some of these can clear in a matter of hours and days," explained Conte."So if you know when you're going to be tested a week out, you go off the use of oral testosterone, for example, you're going to test negative. So that is really an issue."

If you can't understand why not offering 14 days up in mediation yet offering it after mediation is significant I can't help you.

I don't know any steroid that would still be in his system because I don't know anything about steroids. That is an absolutely stupid way of trying to prove your statement. Instead of wasting my time when I don't know anything about them, how about you stop trying to get me to falsify your statement, and how about YOU go about proving it true since you were the one who made it.

name calling doesn't really help your cause, I am asking you to back up what you said, can you do it?
point out for me what is wrong and why?

If you are just going to spew out insults you are surrendering.

Because presumably you werent present in the mediation and have no idea whether the 14 days came up. Therefore theres no point us idly speculating on something we know nothing about.

If he didnt offer it in mediation it strikes me as very odd, and given some of floyds demands throughout this whole process it wouldnt surprise me.

However like most boxing fans, I just want to see this fight made. If your more concerned about the petty negotiation then so be it.

more name calling. I haven't found or read about anything effective they can do with the testing proposed, if you have, enlighten me.

    If not, the statement stands.

    http://www.answers.com/topic/anabolic-steroid

Steroid hormones related to the male sex hormone testosterone. They promote the development of masculine characteristics and increase muscle growth. Anabolic steroids have been used medically for various conditions but are also used illegally by sportsmen and women and by bodybuilders. They have a number of deleterious side effects and are a controlled drug in the UK and many other countries. Their use is banned by nearly all major sports regulating bodies. They can be detected in blood and urine by gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy

Anabolic steroid is not an option for Manny since he agreed for random urine test and without a cut off date.

    What is absolutely HILARIOUS...

When Team Mayweather breaks its silence and Floyd speaks out and reveals that he indeed, requested testing up to 14 days prior to the fight.

Everyone (ESB Posters) responds with: "IF THIS IS TRUE..."

Yet everytime Arum, Roach and Pacquiao releases a statement...everyone (ESB Posters) believes that the Bull-**** they're saying is "WRITTEN IN STONE"
    :-(

because you're looking at it the other side. the same "written in stone" comment could be said once floyd and ellerbe speaks and when pac, roach and arum speaks they are bull**** to the floyd fans. it is a matter of perspective.

Well well well, as many of us thought.... two sides to a story. The Senile Arum runs to the press yesterday to get his lie in first, thought i smelt something suspiciously like bull ****!
I said yesterday that moving from a 30 day to 24 days cut off was nonsensical in terms of random testing and that the perfect compromise would be a 15 day cut off! This would even sort out any concerns about Pacs apparent need for 2 days recovery as he claimed he needed pre Morales! Manny cut the crap.... put up or shut up!!!
