When facing a lawsuit it is common practice to counter sue. For one thing it costs the bringer of the original lawsuit more money as the lawyer hndleing the case on behalf of the platif of the original case can not be the defense attornty in the counter suit. Pacquiao would have to pay a second attornty to defend him against the counter suit.

You might be thinking Mayweather has no case. Neither dose Pacquiao at least based on the commits I have herd. That is enless one can be held acountable for expressing their opinion.

Mayweather can counter sue with the charges of defamation of charcater. Pacquiao had a $10000000.00 fine for each Lb over the 147 limit because Mayweather might weigh more to gain an advantage. This is despite the fact that Mayweather has weighed 147 or more in 3 of his past 40 bouts and one of those three times was a bout at 154. If Pacquiao can sue beause of the PED testing that Mayweather wanted than Mayweather has a case to sue Pacquiao.

More realistictly he should sue for lost wages. It is clear in the fact that Pacquiao was talking to other boxers about possible fights. during the negoitions for the Mayweather/Pacquiao bout. He even went as far as to sing to fight Clottey. It is clear that Pacquiao was not negoicating with Mayweather in good faith.

It is unlikely that Mayweather will sue Pacquiao.
he will most likely face the winner of Mosley/Breto and Clottey will give Pacquiao a tougher than expected fight dropping the valuel of Pacquiao down. In terms of Weight, Ring Size, Glove Size and the $10000000.00 pentely. Pacquiao got what he wanted. He will never be in that poistion again.

Floyd won't be able to counter-sue manny as he has an audition for America's Got Talent.
He is going to tap some mitts for 4 minutes to entertain david hasselhoff.

 WTF? That provision was based on Floyd not even trying to make weight against JMM. What you said makes no sense.

How is that even defimation of character? :patsch

 Holy ****.... you cannot be serious. Sue for lost wages when it would be clearly shown Floyd not acting in accordance with his previous actions. Nor is his promoter. ****in A... :rofl

No **** it's unlikely, since Floyd doesn't have a leg to stand on. MAybe you should be his lawyer. You obviously did tons of homework to come up with this gem of a thread.

yeah he should sue manny on the grounds of demanding that $1M per excess lb. he can tell the court that losing his balls already made him 2 lb. lighter :)

Didn't Mayweather come in over the agreed limit in his last fight?

    Has Pac ever tested positive?
