Hatton initiated every single ****ing clinch from the first round on, at times he was holding floyd with his left arm and throwing punches with the right. Cortez handled the situation in a very competent way, if you think otherwise, you must be a fan of Ruiz, Hatton was litterally slippin punches to get into a ****ing clinch.
I never paid much attention to the cortez talk because I thought Floyd would win either way, but when I watch the first couple rounds again, it is a little odd to see cortez breaking it up almost instantly.
No mate, watch it again, hatton was getting within huggin distance, at some point he threw a jab, floyd ducked and he got floyd in a ****ing headlock and began to throw rights to the body...wtf.
floyd shouldn't have been in a position to be headlocked in the first place, cortez is a punk anyhows he thinks he is bigger than the fighters he is refereeing.
People just need to let that argument go in terms of Cortez in that fight. Mayweather won that fight so fairly that it's crazy to hear people say that Hatton would win under different officiating. Just stupid.
hatton was hugging floyd or rapping his arms around and grabbing on to the ropes and it doesnt really matter because he got knocked out newayz
