There are lots of Venues to watch boxing at all over the UK...I have been to lots...from the small halls to the Arena's what are your top venues...?...:think

I ain't doing a top 5 or 10...Just list them as you see fit...it's your choice!!

Please consider the following when choosing...

    Best Atmosphere
    Best Facilities
    Best Location
    Best Access In and Out
Best Value... ( Cheapest Nose Bleed Seat with decent view...!!!)- Arena's only...

My list ain't the only criteria, add your own as you see fit if I have missed something...

MEN for me for atmosphere at an arena, 2 fights stand out... Hatton v Tyszu and for the reception he got MAB v Khan...But Rogie v Sexton recently at The Oddesey was a great atmosphere as was Froch v Pascal at The Trent FM... it ain't easy...:think

For the pro fighters that post, what's your best venue fight at...?:think... What makes that venue special...:think

I think that once they bang out the Echo in Liverpool that will be great too...

I have started you off, I will post my list later...don't forget the small halls... I have never been but I hear Watford Collosium is good...?

    M.E.N

Best atmosphere, best surrounding area for a drink following an event and you can easily sneak a beer or two into it

The atmosphere at the M.E.N is amazing, especially the night of Hatton-Tszyu. That is still one of my greatest memories in boxing, not so much the fight itself, just the electricity that was in the air (if you were there you know what I mean). Calzaghe-Lacy had a great atmosphere there too.

The Cardiff International Arena is really good in respects that the cheapest seats are probably the best view! Been there countless times in all locations of the arena and have never had a bad view.
Worst was Cardiff Castle, when Joe Calzaghe boxed there in 2002 (with a young Jeff Lacy on the undercard). No atmosphere, too big (the ring walks took forever), and all on flat ground so you didn't get a great view unless you paid several hundred quid for the ridiculously expensive seats. **** card as well.

Bethnal Green is number one.... Amazing atmosphere... MEN is right up there. Worst is Hamden Park.... or the winter gardens in Cleethorpes, what a **** hole.

When was the last boxing at the Albert Hall? I can't recall the last time I knew of a card taking place there. Shame. I've never been but it looks really atmospheric. Would love to go there for a real quality British title fight.
