Apparently March 13, 2010 is the only date on which you can have a PPV fight so why not have the two most popular fighters in the world fight on the same night . . . on PPV . . .against different opponents (when they obviously should be fighting each other) . . . on separate telecasts. Right now that's the working plan, makes sense, doesn't it. I mean, c'mon, who the **** comes up with this ****? It's bad enough they ****ed up the biggest fight of the century. Now they've gotta **** up the 2nd Saturday of March as well. It's obvious they don't give a **** about any of us, pulling these types of shenanigans.

Instead of making a decision as to which fight I'm gonna watch that night, I'm gonna decide to do one better and keep my money in my pocket and watch neither to voice my displeasure with both factions' silly games. I've been watchin' bull**** Klitschko affairs and the meddlesome mouth of the UK for the past few months so you know I've had it up to here. I swear I can't take any bull**** anymore or else I'm gonna flip.

Hopefully the tragedy in Haiti hasn't ruined the Berto fight cuz that's all I've got to look forward to.

I'm sorry, fellas, but I had to get this off my chest cuz I can't believe these blockheads are plannin' to go head up on PPV.

Unless Mayweather finds an opponent in a week at most I don't see him fighting on march 13th.

"biggest fight of the century"? There are still 90 years left to decide that, my man...but no, I understand what you mean. As disgusted as I am with the fight not happening, and the fact they may end up fighting on the same night, I'm a boxing fan, and a fan f both guys...so I will find a way to watch both.

Mayweather won't fight on the 13th.. he knows that he won't match Pac's PPV numbers and doesn't want anyone else to see that

This is the biggest mistake boxing can make.

Anyone remember wcw and wwf? They never put PPV's up head to head. That is a suicide mission.

    I'll watch both.

Im so annoyed with both guys right now but cant help it, their fights are compelling. Pac is exciting as hell and its always intriguing how Floyd is gonna handle a certain type of fighter, specially someone like Cintron. My guess is he will hit and run so I'll probably catch it after the Pac fight.

Is there a 24/7 for either of these fights btw? I could see HBO doing a 24/7, same episode folllowing 4 different guys for 2 different fights...why not..? It will only make PBF-Pac bigger which I think will happen late in the year..

I only see Mayweather winning the ratings if he fights the winner on the Mosley/Berto fight but dont see them being ready for March

Or if they simply don't fight and Mayweather fights Mosley.

I wouldn't hold it against Berto if he pulled out. His mind must be going in a million places instead of focusing on the fight.

    Yeah I absolutely agree.

Its bad enough that "they" couldn't get a deal done for the "Mega-Fight" but now they have turned this into a juvenile "PISSING MATCH" OR "BIG ****" CONTEST of who makes more in PPV.

Not only did they screw us (fans) over...But now they wanna "ROB US BLIND" by having two PPV events on the same night or possibly back-2-back weeks (Mayweather may not have an oopontent for a March 13th date).

As a fan, I'll watch them both...But part of me says: F**K EM' BOTH!!!!

there's only 1 Jim Lampley. So there's no way they're going head to head.

you are underestimating floyd's ego. unless floyd is fighting williams he will lose by a landslide.

Sounds like a great day for Showtime to pick up Wladimir Klitschko vs Vitali Klitschko and run their own PPV on the same night. Let's just trash boxing all in one day. Maybe even put an Oscar De La Hoya comeback fight vs Felix Trinidad on CBS March 13th as well, to really pull from all of the other ratings. Just enough to crush the PPV sales, but still sell enough ppv's to cause the CBS show to be a disappointment as well. That way there is no chance of network tv ever picking up boxing again. We can call it "**** Boxing Fans Day".

:good He can be quite the cheerleader sometimes (DLH ko FV), but he is so articulate, and is unparralled his boxing IQ. I love it when he corrects somebody too. (Foreman, Steward)
