Should Pac just went ahead and take the tests? Yes. He didn't for reasons I believe to be other than guilt, but yeah he should have taken them. But tell me this...as good as Floyd proclaims he is - and he IS damn good - why was he so hard set on implementing test that are NEVER implemented in boxing? If he is so much better than Pacquiao as he says, why was he so determined to have such strict drug testing for a guy who's drug use is based on the pure speculation of a few whisperers?

and as donprestige pointed out....he is probably hemorrahaging money....i suspect that is why he likes to make shitty/gay songs and act in movies...im sure the money that comes in from those ventures helps considerably

well...as tim smith from the daily news pointed....every superhuman feat accomplished in sports will be greeted with speculation....thats just how it is....i dunno if pac is familiar with the american steroid culture....but perhaps somebody in his camp should explain it to him....

drug testing is pretty pointless in this age if it isnt random...for every new drug...there is most likely a masking agent....

i cant really pinpoint when barry bonds started doing his stuff....but id guess it was around the time two guys like mgwire and sosa, who werent nearly as naturally gifted as he was, started stealing the show so to speak

nothin' like what 35 million would be. that's more than what most top actors/actresses get in a movie.

the money he gets from those crap movies goes to other ventures that he has.

Jesus facepalm. This is the point of out of competition testing, to catch dopers anytime. To keep them in check. It's random see? NSAC just randomly ordered testing because of the mess.

Out of competition testing is the essence of random testing along with in competition testing.

Are you people for real? It's un****ingbelievable that you're incapable of googling Mosley or reading the Wiki to realize that Balco had created **** that was undetectable to the WORLDS anti-doping agencies at THAT time. Not forever, just at that time.

    Jesus wtf, edumacate yourselves.

I believe he wanted to "expose" Pac, if u will. He doesn't believe Pac is drug-free, and he isn't the only one. I believe Floyd sr. said that the mothafugga moves up and knocks out everybody since going to war with Marquez and Barrera. If Floyd believed he was drug-free, he never would of said to have random blood testing. His Pop, I am sure had a lot to do with it. He even said I am gonna tell my son to not fight him.

Will they? That would've depended upon if it happened...

Its supposed to random as in anytime, whether they're training or not. An extreme example is Lance Armstrong. By July 2009, he'd already been tested 24 times all out of competition. He only competes in the Tour de France which starts early July. So yea, they're supposed to according to the stipulations of the proposed testing regiment.

NSAC has the structure for doing in/out of comp testing aka random, but afaik they don't do it regularly. But Kizer said if needed they can do random testing as they showed in this case.

Might as well recommend to close down the NSAC in that case coz as you said they are useless! They have been there for ages I never realized they were really useless after all.

Based on your mind set. Pac is already guilty unless proven innocent! :yep

thats not how i feel....but i agree with atlas when he says just because something isnt in place...that doesnt mean it shouldnt be....and of course....money plays a part in this....i think it would be costly for them to go randomly testing alot of the fighters who come through that state often....

im not gonna say i think pac is on anything...i just dont see this as solid proof for pac fans that he doesnt use anything....this was random...but this is also at a time where he isnt in the gym...im not sure what pacs schedule is like....but has he even been doing any kind of work lately? swimming or running? i guess what im saying is....lets see them hit him up with a few random tests while hes in camp

Funny you say "Facts are Facts". Fact= Pacman never tested positive on any drug test he has taken. Fact= All this drug accusations and rumors started from an ex junkie which most *****s choose to believe instead of the NSAC which has been in the business of running drug test and making sure fighters are on a level playing field. Fact is Floyd Sr. is so bitter at Pacman from the Hatton fight and truthfully scared his son might be seriously hurt if he fights Pacman that he made those ridiculous accusations.
