In 55 fights has Manny Pacquiao ever asked anyone to pay 10 million per Lb over?

    let's keep this simple..

Mayweather has been documented to have been 2lbs over the weight limit in the JMM fight, hence the demand for a 10mil per pound penalty. there was a factual basis for such demand

while the demand for additional random bloodtests has no shred of evidence or factual basis to support such unprecedented demand

    obviously, you missed the point...

What proof dose Pacquiao have that Mayweather would come in over 147?
Yes weighing in at 146 for a fight at 144 is bad. He did weigh 150 for a fight. However that fight had a limit of 154. None of that is proof.

I dont think floyd had a problem with the 10 mil penalty, so his fans shouldnt either. Pac refusing the 14-day cut off boggles my mind, pac ruined this fight and a chance to clear his name, its a travesty.

You seem intelligent enough not to spell "weak" as "week"

Sorry bud. PBF came in overweight, it's a fact, clear evidence. Pac? Where's the evidence? Exactly.

Also enforced a penalty on Miguel Cotto. I think it was 1mil for every pound over.
