To be fair I'm not betting big money. I'm saying cents literally on **********:lol:

Bet 6 cents to win 45.

Might even be worth a whopping $Happy Meal.

I am more interested though is exploring if the Under is a play? Thoughts?

I think it's risky but probably well worth it.

swedeone, I'd avoid the O/U tonight. I think it could go either way. Put a gun to my head though, I'd say Ouma gets stopped. Not knocked out, but defintiely a strong possibility to be stopped by the ref/his corner.

Right. I think it's entirely possible that Ouma's corner stops it after the 4 straight middle rounds of one sided ass kickery from Vanes. I'm talking in an extreme case.

Then again I bet money on Cintron to beat Margarito so I am absolutely not the guy to go to on these sort of situations :lol:

You weren't the only one that thought Cintron would beat Margarito. I thought Cintron was the goods at one point. Early in his career, he was knocking everyone out.. long, quick, and powerful.. undefeated and looked really dominant (vs bums though).. Lived up to his "Killer" nickname for awhile there... before he fought Margarito and cried like a hoe.

Martirosyan definitely won't KO Ouma. I'd favor him to win for sure, but not by knockout.

I wouldn't be suprised if Vanes hit as hard or harder than Karmazin and Ouma is nowhere near his 2005 self. I could see a KD or 2 followed by a TKO ref stoppage.

This fight is on the same level with Taylor/Marquez or Pavlik/McKart. An up and comer facing a guy who used to be a world class operator. The operative phrase there is "used to be." Good fight for Vanes at this point.

Ouma fell from A-level to journeyman pretty much overnight.

Vanes is a hungry up-and-comer.. unless Ouma found some of his old self, and a lot of his old self.. he's done.

I was looking at his career record and Ouma does actually have a stoppage loss in their. dunno the circumstances it came under .. but he was dropped 3x

still though doesn't take away from his chin .. Baldomir is a fighter who also is known for his ability to take a good punch and even he got stopped pretty early in his career.

yeah Ouma fell off pretty quick .. IMO it came when he moved up to 160 to fight Jermain Taylor heck I even saw his fight vs K-9 on a Friday Night Fights and he looked rubbish

Kassim might be tough, but a Vanes stoppage by round 5 or 6 wouldn't surprise me.

I'm leaning on a corner stoppage. I don't see him taking Ouma out (although I'd be really impressed if he did) but I can figure he'll batter Ouma around enough for the corner to stop the fight.
