According to the scene there's one of two options. Maidana steps aside and they fight at a a later date or they fight on April 17th

 

Really hope this fight goes ahead, finally a true test for Khan.

I always thought that Khan vacating made no sense and didn't quite understand the rumours. Maidana and Malignaggi are surely equally tough opponents for Khan.

seems to make sense. Like Ruiz stepping aside for Haye vs Valuev. Didn't Roach say something about not wanting two mandatorys back to back?? Either way, it seems like Khan vs Maidana will happen.
