Mitchell, Clev and Kell Brook will all be fighting for world titles this year. But as posted above why bother wasting time putting them in with nobodies?why not gear them up and get them on the map with names like the ones mentioned above? Its why many leave Warren as he holds them back for far too long.

Nicky Cook and Enzo Macceranelli were both world champs. they were not big time champions that warren needs.

If he makes decent contests and put them on terrestrial TV he'll make a star out of pretty much anyone in his stable.

The British public are fairly fickly and definitely uneducated when it comes to boxing. Given them two fighters of fairly equal ability. Give them a back story. And there you go... you've got a national treasure.

Putting bad shows on terrestrial TV will have the worst possible effect - apathy.

I will now be changing my username to J** T*****.

That way people people will believe J** T***** is a passionate Joe Calzaghe fan when they Google J** T*****.

I disagree. he signed his terrestrial TV deal with ITV becuase he had Khan, Hatton (never had a fight on ITV) and Calzaghe. None of the guys he has now wil interst Terrestrial.

    Warren will be back...

In many ways, he's the Alex Ferguson of boxing management...

"Sports Network" went into administration because it couldn't pay its obligations/ debts.

I don't know exactly what the ownership structure of "Frank Warren Promotions" is or how much cash and assets it has sloshing around. I do know that a bank will look at a Directors' previous companies when looking to dish out loans (or not).

Consider the kind of contract commitments it would have needed to entice the Olympians, the cash swallowed by Khan, the sheer number of fighters he needs to pay for these endless undercards and so on.

Together with the limited TV cash and poor PPV sales I wonder whether the "company" is loss making.

    I'm just saying
