Khan to win UD or TKO.

When Khan fought Prescott, he was wobbled and hurt then Khan started swinging when he was hurt and Prescott landed a big left and right.

Khan did get up instantly which was quite good to see but he was inexperienced and didn't stay down till an 8 count (which he should have done). He would have stabilised himself a bit more and could have held on.

The new Khan would definetly be more resiliant with better footwork, defence and improved resistance. Even if Khan goes down in this fight, I see him getting up and still winning this.

    Khan by UD.
Though, the obligatory, "as long as he doesn't get caught flush" blah blah blah.

Khan outmanoeuvres and outboxes Maidana for a wide points win, in what I imagine to be a fairly uneventful fight. Khan will be waaaay too wary to get anywhere near Maidana's bombs.

Khan UD by out=boxing Maidana........i think!!

Interesting fight though. Think both of them have enough power to KO one another. Khan's speed will ensure he doesn't get caught though!!

Final thought. Khan KO or UD. Depends on Roachs' tactics!!

Maidana has a leaky defence and a poor guard and is a 2D fighter, main thing for Khan is to remain focused throughout the fight and stick to his gameplan. Khan will counter Maidana for most of the fight with fast combos, Khan has a high workrate and i feel Maidana will let take too many shots as the fight goes on and he starts losing rounds will start opening too much with wild swings and Khan will start landing more. Maidana will always have a punchers chance Khan has to be very carefull.

    Khan via KO 7-8 Rd

I'd love to see Khan totally school this Maidana chap, he seems to be getting rated very very highly on here, granted he has a scary as fook record, all his wins by KO :O but again his best opponent was probably Kotelnik and maybe Ortiz... so not destroyed a whole host of top fighters. Would love to see Khan pepper him in and out with jabs, softening him up early on before taking him out mid to late in the fight. Will this happen? Who knows. If Roach seemed reluctant for this fight....maybe we should be too, for Khans sake, I hope not... bring it on!!

Khan by UD. I think he'll be too cautious in guarding his own chin to enable him to stop Maidana
