I was going to respond to this but seems most already beat you to death of straight facts when Mosley was called out by Mayweather but Mosley didn't want to get that on and poppin' - he was ducking.

They will never understand this completely logical post. While they want to say his warm up was against an overweight Marquez, they don't mention he was still the #2 P4P best fighter on the list. And after that he went after the #1 P4P fighter, but that didn't go well as we all know..

They will see the truth when Mayweather decimates their hero Pacquiao once he agrees to the blood testing. I have a feeling in that fight you are going to see aggressive Floyd to show all he ain't one to **** with.

If he's so old and y'all keep throwing that excuse then why are y'all saying he's ducking him? I guess Mayweather is damned if he do, damned if he don't in the eyes of those like you..

Why go straight to Mosley when he could have fought the #1 P4P rated by Ring Magazine. Now that has fell through and Mosley is available why not go for him now? He did say 1 by 1 they all will get it.

They can't understand logical statements and won't be able to name someone. Yet still they justify Clottey as a good opponent as any because he was the only thing available at the time. Double standards don't you think?

They will run to Paul Williams. But after seeing him against Quintano(sp) and Martinez, we all know Mayweather will counter the **** out of him and win that one too. After that, Idk who they will go to. Maybe Berto, but I have a feeling after the Mosley fight if Pac is still BSing, Berto gets the next shot before he even faces Pacquiao.

I don't know this for fact, but IMO I think Mayweather just wanted to make him wait like Mosley made him wait for all those years. More like now I'm on top you want to fight me but when I was coming up you didn't want to give me a chance type of thing...

Apparently, Floyd offered him a fight when he was at 130 with Mosley at 135. Mosley turned it down so Mayweather stayed at the 130 lb. weight limit. I think Mosley made the right decision at that time, because there was a much bigger fight on the horizon. Floyd was a complete no-name at the time, so I don't blame Shane for not fighting him. I do criticize him for not fighting him in 2006 though.

In 06...Floyd challenged DLH, Winky, and Shane....guess it's a convenient way to say SOMEONE is ducking him regardless of who he fights. Except Winky...when he accepted Floyd's challenge...Floyd quickly STFU. Was probably for the best anyway.

Besides, do you know the difference between getting a tat and getting blood taken out? It's pretty ridiculous to use getting a tat as some form of proof. Do you have any tats? I have 4 and getting another in a couple weeks. I also give blood 2-3 times a year (except the past 6 months because of a tat). It's not even the same thing.

 

so where was all the talk and hype about mosley ducking floyd in 2006 when he wouldn't take the fight? i wasn't on this message board but there wasn't 3453545 million threads being made saying mosley ducked floyd...than when floyd turns shane down cuz he CLEARLY was taking the manny fight he gets accused of "ducking"...guess what...just like mosley took on the "bigger fight" in oscar in 99...floyd took on the "bigger" fight in manny..AT LEAST TRIED TOO...DIFFERENCE IS FLOYD COULDN'T GET THE DEAL MADE WITH MANNY CUZ THE BLOOD TEST...SHANE GOT HIS FIGHT WITH OSCAR MADE...I DONT THINK SHANE DUCKED FLOYD IN 1999 AT ALL...:good He made the right choice in moving up to fight a once beaten oscar and oscar was prime...

 

I just moved here in September, so not sure how it was before. But from what I have seen thus far it's pretty straight. A lot more laid back then where I was originally from in northern NJ, but I can dig it.

I have 3 tattoos and I am in no way saying Manny is "lying" about being afraid of needles...I know that some people are scared and thats fine...but when you have a video of you getting blood and looking at the needle (most will look away if afraid of them) than I don't think your very scared of them at all

drawing blood is a lot difficult. Your arm can get bruised if not done properly and even people who's been doin it for years can bruise your arm if the vein collapse. Imagine getting it done randomly and then doing a workout. That would actually cause pain when you work out specially if you're a boxer. Getting a tattoo is different coz the needle only goes the top layer of the skin. That's the difference between getting a tattoo and getting blood drawn from a vein. Two different things.

 

I can agree with the '99 and '06 argument with regards to Mayweather and Mosley. One thing though I notice no one mentions in that Shane beating Oscar in his prime is that Shane was using PEDs/Roids back then..
