Skelton to fight 4 bout novice

    He fights Sauerland's top Bulgarian prospect Kubrat Pulev on Saturday (undercard of Sylvester's title defence). Fight is over 8 rounds.

    Pulev is being moved fast, he fought Zack Page in his last fight and before that fought Lamon Brewster-conqueror Gbenga Oloukun (who held a 17-2 record) in just his 3rd fight.

    Unfortunately, it seems Matt has reached "opponent" status, he also went over to fight Pianeta last year.

    I think that Skelton will earn a few quid with the German promoter as a benchmark for his prospects in the future...:yep

    Am i the only one who likes watching Skelton? Definitely not technical but nearly allways entertaining!

    If Skelton is in shape he will be a tough nights work for anyone especially over 8 rounds. Not seen any of Pulev but they must be confident in him.

    Skelton v Rogie was one of the best fights that I have been to in recent times... I was on my feet for most of it...:good
