i reckon sparring the worlds best will help bridge the gap.... but sparring can only take you so far i suppose. Shame for Sexton as he has genuine talent and hunger:good
It was up but got taken down which means Maloney Promotions will put it on their Youtube channel eventually. Tends to take them quite a while though... Sexton will destroy both Edwards and Bayaar and people are right that the division is light domestically but there's plenty of guys from Europe that could test him and help him develop before he steps up to world class. Inom is French I think and about 35, was European champ, may have even fought for a world title. He'd be a great learning fight for the end of this year, start of 2011 and then there's various other Italians that compete around the Euro title who he could go in with and get good fights from before he takes on the likes of Kameda and co. Zolani Tete is one to avoid for a while. South African lad, hits seriously hard. That would be some shoot-out one day. I think Sexton is really strong at Flyweight though and I hope he can manage to stay there for a while. He needed two attempts to make weight for Friday night.
Thanks for the comments guys but there is a hell of a lot of work for my and my team to work on but im learning and hoping to get over to the usa and mexico soon for some sparring to help bring me on that bit more but i will keep learning!take care Ash! and heres the new link for the full fight! http://www.youtube.com/maloneypromotions#p/a/u/0/k7Sj6QxrTI8
Yep, he should look to sweep up the domestic and Euro scene at the weight by the end of this year. Then Maloney should show the money and get some proper international opponents from Asia and Latin America over. Wouldn't harm him fighting on an undercard or two in Mexico and Japan as well.
Ashley - Thanks for posting lad :good I think it's a very good idea that you're willing to get in some good sparring. Best of luck

****ing sound, another fighter on here:happy. Ignore any hate you get, Ashley, and thanks for joining the forum and talking with fans. Well done last time out. Are you hoping for the British title next?:think
Ashley is certainly the guy to look out for for us Brits and one of the new prospects I am genuinley excited about going to see fight live and hoping to follow through his career. He is on the right track opponent wise and it looks like he has some decent sparring set up. Oh and if he is still reading..good luck.
